You are ready to begin your Invitations and Stationery production journery with us… Our invitations,event branding and stationery production approach commences with a free detailed consultation to help determine our client’s needs which can either be in person, over the phone or via email , with the information collated with our client brief form. The purpose of this initial consultation is to fully understand your needs to enable us better serve you. Some clients choose their designs from our collection while others settle for more bespoke options.
We also discuss the budget, full requirements, timeline as well as design details including colour schemes, themes and adornment choices. We provide you with our available cards and paper swatches and adorment options to help guide with your design choice.
We suggest you contact us at least 2-3 months before your events for your invitations to ensure its timely production and delivery and 1-2months before your events for your stationery.
In some cases, we consider and provide express service.
After consultation, filling and signing off on our brief form, we should now have a better understanding of your desires. Then, we can provide a detailed quote for your consideration and approval. To enable us move forward with the creative process , we require a signed contract as well as a 30% deposit.
This part of our approach involves seeing your selection from our collection brought to life with your colours, adorments , paper selection and fonts for your validation before production.
Clients with more bespoke needs , require more interaction to ensure that their designs are implemented to absolute perfection.
We provide about 5 complimentary monogram design options to choose from for all our invitation projects. We provide about 2-3 mock-ups of your invitation or stationery for your review and approval. We will then work closely with you to revise the design into a final version.
We provide up to 3 free rounds of revisions for fonts, colours and content and we welcome as many edits as possibe during these rounds to ensure your satisfaction.
We go immediately into production upon your final approval of the mock-ups. 50% additional payment will be required for production to commence. Each product is executed with meticulous attention to detail and flawless hand-craftsmanship.

Production timeline will be determined by the print complexity of your project and availability of materials, and/or adornments.
Printing and assembly may take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the scope of your project.
We are usually able to make allowances for special timings and express requirements at additional cost to the client while making sure the quality of our work is not in any way compromised.
